I have managed to find the item cheaper else where can you match this?

If you find the identical item cheaper elsewhere we will match the cost; to request a price match simply email us the link for the cheaper product and a member of staff will be in touch within 2 working days.

I am experiencing problems online with my purchase or payment.

Simply email us or contact us and one of our team will help you complete your order.

I am unsure if my order/payment was successful.

If you are unsure if your payment/order was successful, the best thing to do is to check if you have received an order confirmation via email. If you do not receive an email from us to confirm your order, please email us at contact@babyandtoddlersonline.co.uk with your name and delivery postcode and we will check for you.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Unfortunately we are unable to accept orders over the phone.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We do not deliver outside the UK.

How to I become eligible for a free 4d scan?

Any orders over £500 will be entitled to a free scan with 2 prints and a disc of all the images. The 4d scan is only redeemable in clinics located in Bolton, Huddersfield, Chester and Macclesfield. For further information about this you can contact Baby Ultrasound Clinic directly on 0333 444 0174.

Can I spread the cost of my purchase?

You can spread the cost of your items through PayPal Credit.

Do you offer the option of a payment plan at 0% interest?

Yes we do, we offer you the option to pay off your item(s) on monthly or fortnightly instalments; once your items are paid in full, we then dispatch your items to you, this is perfect whilst you are pregnant and do not need the items straight away. For this option you need to contact us so we can manually put the order through for you. We require the full payment 6 weeks prior to when you would require your items.
